We really want to get away from the expectation that the
provider=local domain is named LOCAL. (In the future, we may have it
default to the local machine's hostname, similar to how Windows
distinguishes local users vs. network users.
ok, I wasn't aware you were trying to get away from that naming
convention. I can refer to it as you suggest, and if it does later adopt
the machine's hostname it'll be a simple matter to modify the doc, with
no name changes (i.e., s/LOCAL/<hostname>/ to worry about.
