Looks fine, but I was thinking lately if we should start even sooner to
allow SSSD users to be listed in cron jobs. I was considering being as
agressive as starting after basic.target and relying on our network
detection (and not wait for network-online for instance)
Any other opinions?

I pinged the systemd developers and in a short IRC chat they suggested
also adding nss-user-lookup.target.
Because SSSD is a NSS user provider, we should add:
Before=nss-user-lookup.target
Wants=nss-user-lookup.target
For more details, see man systemd.special, section "Special passive
system units". Also the diagram in "man 7 bootup" is helpful.
