sway main maintainer

Hi all,

I have just orphaned sway, as in practice, I no longer do the main 
maintenance tasks. Aleksei has done awesome work and I think this should 
be reflected in the main contact.

Feel free to take over the package! :)

Hi Till,

Thanks for your trust and for all the work you've been doing for sway 
and for our SIG! I hope you'll still have time for other SIG activities 
(like discussions and planning for the Sway spin that users keep asking 
for) :)

I just took ownership of the sway package and I hope to be up to the task.

(Now that I suddenly feel responsible, it's time to stop dawdling and 
finish all my spam mails from f34 release checklist...)

Aleksei, from what I've seen from your contributions so far,
