Anyway, I added two lines into
/lib/systemd/system/lio-target.service
and it seems to fix it.
Requires=tcmu-runner.service
After=tcmu-runner.service
This is a good solution for now, with the small downside that
tcmu-runner runs even when no tcmu backstores are configured. I think we
can resolve this by having `targetctl restore` activate tcmu-runner but
only if tcmu backstores are in use. I've opened an issue:
