This change is correct but bot because we don't use the warnings module, but because
we don't use it for reporting inconsistency issues.

We can leave the warnings module in vdscli, but we don't need to configure anything
for it. Application using this library may like to configure warnings filter to show
warnings if they want to show warnings.
