Patch Set 6:

Barak, it does not matter how do you use particular build. Vdsm upstream code does not
care about all the possible combinations (e.g. rhev on debian).

We only care about having configurable system so *you* can build what you need.

To make builders life easier, we can keep some build scripts that describe hot particular
type of build is created. Other then that minimal layer, there should be no code dealing
with the way to configure builds.
