Patch Set 1:
There one little issue with this patch. When Liron tested it with
http://gerrit.ovirt.org/23281, it did not fix the connection reset issue when an operation
fails before we read all the request data.
The same fix (clean shutdown) does work when using small prototype with similar setup -
threaded secure xmlrpc server, and accessing it using curl.
