[Fedora-directory-users] fedora directory server on Windows

You might take a look at the ApacheDS project - 
http://directory.apache.org/subprojects/apacheds/index.html  They seem 
to be working on a 1.0 release; I've never used it, but am subscribed to 
their mailing list which is pretty active.
