[389-users] 389-console problem restore backup

If I try to restore backups I get the error:

error:could not read config file.

In the console log I see:

http://testcsw.contac.lan:2389/[1:0] recv> error: could not read config file.
http://testcsw.contac.lan:2389/[1:0] recv> system_errno: 13
http://testcsw.contac.lan:2389/[1:0] recv> Admin-Server: 389-Administrator/1.1.3 1


Which config file causes this error?

Can anybody help?
