Unless you freeze everything that anaconda depends on, then this will likely
end up being less than fruitful.  It's been tried in the past when anaconda
had more "roll its own" vs "use system stuff".  In a non-trivial number of
cases, the reason that things break close to the freeze in anaconda is that
something else changed.
