I like this approach a lot more.   Though I do also think we should
also consider signups through paths like ABRT (though that currently
has the issue that it uses a different account...).

Anyways, again - this discussion is all engineers throwing ideas
around, and while that's useful, we need design input for anything
that affects *all* Fedora users.
