Thanks Yuan for helping us out. I see, you have read my thoughts and yes Max 
explained our intention to help very detailed, it was good to read that. 
Maybe you can pick up some points from my suggestions also as a start.
Charles has already pointed out, that you are one of the informal Leaders in 
your Region - is it ok, if i send new chinese Contributors to you and 
CharlesPeng as potential Mentors?
