Who chose this time? 1800 UTC would leave most of APAC in sleep zone.
1800 UTC is 2330 India, 0200 Singapore/Malaysia, Perth, China, Taiwan,
0300 Japan/Korea, 0400 Sydney and 0500 Auckland.  Unless of course, the
time was wrong.
