[Ambassadors] Budget Support for Fedora Indonesia

We are very pleased to hear of the possibility of funding from fedora.
For details we still do not know for sure, but as we know it, we will
update details soon. Only 2-3 people just to represent Fedora
Indonesia.

I will immediately implement suggestions from you, as soon as
possible. Later we (Fedora Indonesia) will talk about plans, about the
activities there and the funds we need.

Any suggestions are welcome. because we follow the first time
something like this and we need your help.
