[Ambassadors] About Fedora free media

[Anuj More]

The problem is specific to only two media requests that were personally
mailed to me. Both of them did not live around me (Or around any other
ambassador)

It is an exclusive condition, but it may come up in the minds of other
ambassadors as well.
