[Ambassadors] Please stop posting invites for social-networking websites to the lists

On the very few lists where I'm a moderator, I've enabled a filter on
messages with recognizable subject lines from these types of sites,
especially LinkedIn.  Doing this prevents a lot of misunderstandings
and noise, IMHO.
