Are you still willing to try?  It's only the end of March.  We used 
about 40 hotel rooms last year in Berlin, and even if we tried to find a 
block of 50 this year, either in 1 hotel or 2, I would think that it 
should be possible 5 months in advance.

FrOSCamp is Friday September 17 and Saturday September 18.  I assume 
your idea is to hold FUDCon either Saturday - Monday, or Sunday - 
Tuesday?
