[Ambassadors] Getting Fedora resources to Kosovo

Hi Gent,

yesterday I was informed about that issue, that you need some money "to do
something".
To be honest; also if you had all details yesterday, it would be very
optimistic that you receive the money (I maybe could transfer yesterday to
your bank account) today for production of swag; for tomorrow.
Maybe a longer time request would be more helpfull. If you could loan
Fedora the requested amount I will definitly and personally take care,
that you'll receive that money! That's my statemant for that issue ...
