[Ambassadors] Fedora at Northeast GNU/Linux fest

There's an [[Events]] page on the wiki where event ownership is
recorded.  If someone wants to own this event, please add a quarter on
the calendar (if needed) in the North America section, and fill out
the table as appropriate.  Awesome to see people responding already!
