Hi folks,

I just looked at the agenda[1] :/. I have wrangled it to reduce the
number of items. The agenda page should be *small* and *to the point*.

(The idea of generating a blank page and making people add their bits
manually(as opposed to copying previous meeting templates) is that we
only add necessary items. :-))

Please only add specific tasks that *need* to be discussed *during* the
meeting. Things that should be discussed over the mailing list should
not be added to the meeting agenda until there's something specific to
discuss. 

** Tickets to be discussed **
Currently, no tickets have been added to the agenda, therefore *none*
will be discussed. If you want your ticket to be discussed *add it to
the agenda*. It's a part of event planning.

** F17 release parties **
We have a generic discussion on this topic at every meeting. I suggest
folks add specific events to the agenda that will be discussed if
needed. Similarly, once your event is over, the report that you'd want
to discuss needs to be added to the agenda. Currently, no reports for
discussion are at the agenda. No events are there either. 

** As for chairing meetings **
One person should chair each meeting. It is this person's duty to ensure
that the meeting follows the agenda closely and doesn't discuss anything
more or less. I'll chair this meeting to start with.

At the end of each meeting, a chair for the next meeting should be
decided.

If the decided chair cannot make it to the meeting and is knows this
before hand, he/she should inform the list and see that another chair is
appointed. If network issues etc happen, a chair can be decided on the
spot when the meeting begins.


Lengthy meetings where no work is done, specially on Saturday mornings
isn't something we want to encourage ;)

There is still time. Please update the agenda with your tickets and
reports.
