[Ambassadors] Ambassadors places in new Working Groups

Looks like there is an ambassador in almost every group:

* Desktop (Christoph Wickert)
* Server (Truong Anh. Tuan)
* Cloud (Sandro Mathys)
* Base (Jon Disnard)


These ambassadors are voting members of their respective working groups.
Also I'd like to remind the audience that everyone is free to
participate in these Working Groups.
Meetings will be open, everyone welcomed and encouraged to participate.
