[Ambassadors] FAD EMEA 2013

Hi FAD attendees,
in our last EMEA meeting we've agreed on collecting the total amount
of estimated travel expenses, as we first need to know how much the
FAD budget will be.
For this purpose I created a table on the wiki page [1] where everyone
kindly should add his travel expenses.
Please don't file any tickets at the moment, just use the table to let
Jiri know what you're going to request for traveling.

It seems the FAD this year will be a very nice FAD, so thank you and
see you all soon.
