[Ambassadors] Discussion: revoking ambassador status

think the ambassadors may decide at its meeting to send the issue to FAmSCo
where be deemed to take action and call your mentor for explanation of why
... I think that this would be better!

if the region needs more mentors at the meeting may nominate another
ambassador and then send it for approval in FAmSCo ...
