Hi,
Please take out time to attend the APAC meeting this Saturday, January 04th at 0400 UTC[1]. The main agenda is to discuss whatever trac tickets in queue:
https://fedorahosted.org/fedora-apac/report/9
If you're planning a release party in the near future, you can file a ticket with an idea of your expenditure to get it discussed and hopefully approved this Saturday. Please add the "meeting" keyword to all tickets that you'd like to get discussed so that they are listed in the above mentioned report.
Lastly, please attend the meeting if you've filed a ticket for discussion. Ambassadors often have questions and require clarifications on tickets and sometimes a decision cannot be made without these queries being cleared up.
