[Ambassadors] Promoting other distributions and conflict of interest

So far we aim for free (and as it says on Fedora slogan) it is OK to me.

Still, do NOT INTENTIONALLY mix things. Go "Fedora first" and then
"others". Do not do both at the same time.

Anyhow, it will help all us to have as much FOSS as we can on the planet
so just think it "that way".
