>  a) Launch/Release of Fedora 23

We can do a Fedora 23 release party if it released on time.
Other concern is running a release event in weekend. I am not sure if we
can get more people (suitable audience during the weekend)
Its better to schedule one on previous day.

If we do a public event in Singapore, I will take a part in organizing.
We should NOT delay or cancel the event, due to budget planning discussions.

>  b) Special interest topics around F23/Cloud/Atomic etc
>  c) barcamp topics

Do we need to repeat same topics as in recent FUDcon?
As we planning to get one member from each member country, if we gonna do
both budget planning and talks we may ended up with an issue of travel
budget issue.
imagine several people fly in to Singapore to just give a 30min talk.


>  d) Budget planning sign offs; resolution of critical outstanding issues
>  e) Planning for FUDcon 2016 (and 2017)
>  f) Social

We might able to save sometime if we can fill the event planning list and
give the priority for each event (as we did last time) on country basis.  I
have created event page for the next year. [1]

But next time we should have seperate day for budget planning after FUDcon
2016.
No point of flying to a country just for budget planning purpose.
