Hey folks,

This looks very similar to a bug I'm working on for Debian/Ubuntu:

It looks very like the cause might be a pthreads bug on ARM, I'm still
digging. If you have packages blocked on this, then I'd suggest
temporarily uploading with the testsuite disabled; that's what
happened in both Debian and Ubuntu.
