[fedora-arm] Unable to clone ARMv8 rootfs

Hi,

I've been trying to clone the ARMv8 rootfs but do not have success.

 $ git clone http://fedorapeople.org/groups/armv8/rootfs.git
Initialized empty Git repository in /home/rchintakuntla/fedora/rootfs/.git/
error: Unable to get pack file

The requested URL returned error: 403

I saw a discussion on the same issue in the archives. I think the
issue has come back.
