[FZH] [T] Fedora 19 本地化测试日 4月11日

Bug 950571 修复了[1]，新的包已经推到了测试源中。目前需要 QA。
可惜我没升级到 F19，而且最近的时间可能连 Fedora 都用不上。所以麻烦测试一下更新后的 system-config-date 的翻译吧。

如果提到的问题都修复了，就到[2]给个反馈。
如果又出现其它新问题，先检查下 transifex 的 po 文件，如果 po 也有问题就修复翻译；如果 po 正确，那可以在反馈中说明，或者回复
bug。

测试包安装方法：
Package system-config-date-1.10.6-1.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing
system-config-date-1.10.6-1.fc19'
