[FZH] ABRT simplified Chinese display test

Hi all,

Please help test if possible, and I am extremely grateful to all the
testers for their help.

Bug 909536[1] was reported in February by Alick because of the
incorrectness in handling Simplified/Traditional Chinese. Now the
version with fix was just released as updates[2][3][4], please enable
updates-testing repo and help do a test if you want.
