我想既然写出来了，当然要共享一下 脚本需要firefox安装有Greasemonkey 扩展, 并且安装有gecko-mediaplayer（rpmfusion-free里面有）插件 没用传到userscripts.org，感兴趣的到github上下载，下面时地址 https://raw.github.com/chopins/chopins.github.com/master/download/Flash2Mplayer.js 可以通过gnome-mplayer-minimal设置gecko-mplayer
