bucket names (for ami's that aren't snapshot-backed)

For starters, note that before I did this I verified I can delete a bucket
and another account can create a bucket with the same name.  So,
transferring the name is fast, easy, and painless.  That said, since it's a
first-come, first-served sort of deal, I went ahead and grabbed these names:

"fedora" was already taken, 'natch.  I didn't know what you all might have
wanted, so I more or less just grabbed lots of random names.  If you want me
