Updated aeolus package sets

There are now updated sets of RPMs at 
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/aeolus/packages/ for Fedora 13 & 14 
and RHEL 6

The following files should enable the relevant repositories:

http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/aeolus/packages/fedora-aeolus.repo
http://repos.fedorapeople.org/repos/aeolus/packages/rhel-aeolus.repo

Note that the RHEL packages include dependencies which are met through 
the "Optional" RHEL child channel.
