In my screencast I was able to install / test out Aeolus on a moderate 
F15 vm in about 1/2 hr. This was w/ building images against EC2, 
Rackspace, and the mock driver (a few images a piece).

Aeolus doesn't need much in terms of hardware / resources to get up and 
running. Time might be a factor, the more cloud providers you build 
images for, the longer it'll take.
