afaik the existing images hsould work just fine, cloud-init may need
some tweaking to work right. The issue we have AFAIK is that you have
to sign a NDA to upload images, That is not something we are able to
do. We will need to send a request to Red Hat legal via Fedora Legal to
come to some agreement.
