Feel free to add these, but which ones should we add? I think maybe a 
"Schedule" category might be good for posts about key items in the schedule.

Note also, that you will need to manually add the categories to the menu 
in the admin interface to get them to appear in the menu at the top of 
the page.

This is not a showstopper though, we can always add and edit this stuff 
on the fly as we post.
