Request: please consider clarifying the project's position on Spins

There is no such group in Fedora that you can just join by clicking.
Packagers need to sponsored, ambassadors need to go through a strict
mentoring and so on. Whatever you do, you have to enjoy the group's
trust first and this is not going to change.
