Ah yes but that approved choice ( As in which DE it will be ) has to be 
reach via the community via voting and that voting and it's voters would 
have to be completely transparent so no corporate entity could to be 
shown to have influence the result to prevent any kind of conspiracy 
theory's and general friction in the community.
