Here is a very brief summary:

1) The Board welcomes its new members:
Toshio Kuratomi
Jaroslav Reznik
Joerg Simon

2) The Board will be having a public meeting at FUDCon Tempe, with a
public dial-in for remote participants.

3) Spins and SIG Governance
- The Board suggests that it may have done a poor job communicating the
decided target audience.
- It was decided that before any action is taken on this topic, the
Board should ask the existing Spins what they want/need.
- The Board continues to stand behind GNOME as the default desktop
experience.
