One example would be significant changes to live desktop which is reused
by other spins. Their was an attempt to add some new art work late in
the F14 cycle that broke some spins because they went over their target
size. This caused some scrambling right before release.

There has been a request for change to support a kiosk spin, that need to be
handled carefully, because the change can affect other spins as well.
