Other than reading what Nicu wrote and pointed out no.

I both trust and value his input very much he's an individual that is
not afraid to speak up and show concerns when there is a reason to do
so, so when he does I take notice as I do with several other members in
various community's within the project even thou we don't often share
the same view on things.

Perhaps.

Agreed.

The matter if Design needs to have a SIG or not is best resolved by and
within the Design community itself.

Regarding using an upstream images from one *DE instead of a default
well designed overall theme that is produced from ourselves as in within
the project, an coherent theme that should be reflected in the "Default"
and should also be reflected across other spins unless they choose to
opt out from it I vote no.

One thing I have noticed from many Fedora users and reviewers is that
with every new release they look forward to see what the Design team
produces and most of the times if not always they have loved it and the
artwork has more or less had good reviews that has reflected well on the
project in whole and disappoint them with some kind of new found
upstream Gnomes stunt is not the way to go.

I think our current Gnome users base will have a enough hard time
dealing with and adjusting to Gnome Shell so from my perspective it's
best that we continue on the track we are on but offer Gnome upstream to
default to what comes out of the Design team factory this release cycle.
