Well, as Christian already said - PRD is active document, there were some
steps already taken, so it still could be F21, at least initial setup to
uniform the platform bits. Later we can work on upper layers - it
will be a bit harder - these are visible bits and people are usually very
subjective and enthusiast here to fight for the right letter in app name
but now I really feel from many posts, this could be the way to progress
and overcome letters issues (still I'd like to hear it from more WS WG
folks they are on board with it).

In the very beginning for Plasma product was that feel that Workstation
is just s/Desktop spin/Workstation Product but from part of KDE SIG, 
there's definitely will to join WS.

But later we started working on Plasma product, I could feel more 
enthusiasm on the product itself than that fear - so it's definitely not
just "reaction". A lot of people start to like the idea of such product
that would complement the WS one.
