[Design-team] Contribution Fedora development project

I would like to work on the c coding part. It can be application or kernel
level.. May i know whom to ask the details about this?

The design team is involved with developing art work and I think some user
interface design. It isn't what most people consider development. So
this may or may not be the best place for you to start. What kinds of
things do you want to do?
