We discussed this in the design-team list, and IIRC, the concensus was 
that for f22, we were going to create a complementary lock screen 
wallpaper that is different from the main Fedora wallpaper, but a slight 
variant. (similar to how the GNOME default lockscreen and wallpaper are)
