tcl/tk 8.5.8 update for F13?

Hi,

I would like to push tcl/tk 8.5.8 update to F13 testing (update from tcl/tk 8.5.7).

The purpose of this update is to resolve the: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=560516
and probably more similar issues. 

>From the repoquery only the tk seems to have exact version dependency on tcl. Also from my test with several packages requiring libtcl/libtk - they worked without rebuild. I don't like to break anything, thus please let me know if you see any problem with such update
