Upstream bugs vs. Fedora bugs: KDE people do it wrong

So please - start reporting again - I hope I explained what does "UPSTREAM" 
resolution mean. I can't promise you, we (Fedora, KDE SIG, KDE upstream or 
whoever) fix the bug but...
