libjpeg for F14

I had a quick scan of the build system, and it seems to me that on
non-x86 architectures it falls back to using C.  So it could be used
as a drop-in replacement for libjpeg.  Note that I've not tried
compiling it on a secondary arch.

virt-p2v converts physical machines to virtual machines.  Boot with a
live CD or over the network (PXE) and turn machines into Xen guests.
