It's very unlikely. Any change now requires us to slip the release; RC1
is looking good in validation testing and may well wind up being shipped
as the final release (have we *ever* shipped RC1 before? Is this some
sort of record? :>)

Two dependency issues in the entire package set is way, way fewer than
we've shipped with before, IIRC. We made much more of an effort to clear
them up for this release than we did previously.
