Compiz 0.9 landing in Rawhide

OK, so the undoing of my configuration happened earlier than I thought, but was 
masked by that other bug.

I could probably have googled up that name. It might even have been slightly 
less trouble that way – or it might not. It would definitely have been much 
easier if it had been called "kde-settings". Then I would have found it with 
two presses on the Tab key.

Please do, and please call it "KDE Settings", or at least something with a K. 
Nobody will understand that it's the KDE settings program if "System Settings" 
appears on the System → Preferences menu in Gnome.
