Did you even read my answer to you earlier where I said that I was much
more productive with Gnome 3 than I used to be with Gnome 2?

Gnome 3 didn't introduce many unnecessary steps for no benefit. It
brought a lot of sanity to my desktop. It offered me a way to use my
computer in a much more natural and efficient way.

Is it now possible that you simply agree that Gnome 3 is not for you and
that you move to something else, instead of complaining and being
insulting?
